Our Story
The company was established in 1994 and has been active in providing property and building services since that time. In 2012 we began focusing on roofing and since then we have successfully completed many complex roofing projects which are all performing well as we would expect. We have also completed many building, plastering, drainage, house levelling and project management projects as you will see from the photos in this website.
To achieve the outstanding results we aim for and consistently deliver, we only work with specialist craftsmen who are amongst the very best in Auckland. For many of our more complex projects it is our practice to engage a building or roofing consultant as appropriate to check the finished result with Garry to verify that the highest standards of workmanship and durability have been met, in other words that this will perform faultlessly for many decades.
Our company policy is to ensure that our valuable customer is 100% satisfied with our service and performance and that we are always open to receive feedback to achieve even higher standards in the future. We aim high and succeed in delivering the results that our clients would ideally like. We are proud of our expertise, we are proud of the outcomes that we provide for our clients and we are proud of our service.

About Garry
Following a successful professional career in education and banking in Christchurch, Garry commenced business on his own account in 1994 to set up a national property management company. He then sold this to facilitate a move to Auckland and since then has been fortunate to work with some highly skilled craftsmen on his jobs who have transferred their skills and experience to him through their day-to-day work on his projects.
Garry’s work ethic has always been about excellence so it was second nature for him to transfer his professional training and standards to his roofing and building projects to ensure he delivers an exemplary job for his clients, time after time. Garry personally supervises each project to ensure that the highest standards are achieved to deliver a job that will last and as noted above, often engages a consultant to verify this.
Garry is a member of the Roofing Association of New Zealand and also is a Licensed Building Practitioner.
